A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO SIGN A GRANT AMENDMENT WITH THE
WASHINGTON STATE LIBRARY COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed PUBLIC LIBRARY CONSTRUCTION GRANT AMENDMENT
#2 with the Washington State Library Commission allowing the
State Library to withhold 5% of the grant for renovation and
addition to the Port Townsend Public Library until the city
has completed its responsibilities within the Memorandum of
Agreement concerning the house and lot at 1256 Lawrence Street.
PASSED this 5~ day of July, 1989.
