A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
ENTER INTO A LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING WITH GENERAL
TEAMSTERS UNION LOCAL 589
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor and City Clerk are here and hereby authorized and directed
to execute the annexed agreement on behalf of certain city employees who
otherwise are not covered by collective bargaining to establish health
and welfare benifits, during the term of Collective Bargaining Agreement
between the City of Port Townsend (uniformed and non-uniformed) and
Teamsters Local 589.
