RESOLUTION NO. ~
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR
USE OF CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, the City Council previously approved Conditional Use
Permit No. 587-01, along with certain revisions to the permit, and
WHEREAS, under the revised permit, the applicant was allowed
to use and maintain a five-foot wide landscaping strip of the south-
ern portion of Washington Street, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Port Town-
send that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized and directed to
execute on behalf of the City of Port Townsend the attached License
Agreemeht, granting to Aladdin Motor Inns permission to use the
south five feet of Washington Street, as more particularly described
in the Agreement.
PASSED by the City Council for the City of Port Townsend and
signed by the Mayor this ~ day of July, 1989.
