A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH HOFFCON
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed STANDARD FORM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN OWNER
AND CONTRACTOR with Hoffcon, Inc. to construct an addition and
complete the renovation of the present Carnegie Library building
holding the price on alternates 1, 13, and 15 for sixty days
with the total contract sum at $503,388.
PASSED this 1st day of August, 1989.
