A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING A PRO-
PERTY USE AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH
WILLIAM L. MASSEY
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to execute the
annexed PROPERTY USE AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ISLAND VIEW LIMITED PART-
NERSHIP PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT with William L. Massey which would allow
Mr. Massey dba Island View Limited Partnership to build a 28 unit apart-
ment project on Lot 23 in the Island Vista Subdivision.
PASSED this 15th day of August, 1989.
