OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public
hearing on Amended Street Vacation Application No. 8905-01 from
the Larry Lammers/Phil johnson/Gordon Papritz/Ivan Crutcher/James
Michelson to receive public comments on the proposed vacation of
the easterly and westerly fifteen feet of the Jackman Street
right-of-way between 12th and 14th Streets. The hearing will be
conducted on or about 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday, October 3, 1989, in
the Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Water Street, Port
Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and
approved by the Mayor this Fifth day of September, 1989.
