A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND, AUTHORIZING A LATECOMER
UTILITY CONTRACT PURSUANT TO RCW 35.91.
WHEREAS, Cindy Thayer has agreed to construct a 6 -inch
water line in 7th Street from Gise to Holcomb; in Holcomb from 7th
to 8th; and in 8th from Holcomb to Jackman within the City of Port
Townsend in Jefferson County, Washington, and
WHEREAS, Cindy Thayer wishes to enter into an Agreement with the
City of Port Townsend pursuant to RCW 35.91, as amended, to provide
for payment of the costs of such improvement, and for partial
reimbursement by subsequent users or connectors to the system,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Port Townsend that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of the City an agreement providing for the payment of the
costs of construction of the utility line by the person set forth
herein, and for such person to be reimbursed by subsequent users
or connectors onto said utility line.
