A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH JEFFERSON COUNTY FOR HEALTH
SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT
for Health Services with Jefferson County for the fee of
$22,000.00.
