A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH
JEFFERSON COUNTY FOR DISTRICT COURT, HEALTH,
JUVENILE, RECREATION, DISPATCH AND ALCOHOL
REHABILITATION SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING for District Court,
Health, Juvenile, Recreation, Dispatch and Alcohol Rehabilitation
Services with Jefferson County for the Budget Years 1990 through
1994.
