A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public
hearing on Street Vacation Application No. 8909-05 from Glenn
Wood to receive public comments on the proposed vacation of the
portion of unopened Rosecrans Street extending from the southern
boundary of the First Street to the city limits. The hearing
will be conducted on or about 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday, January 2,
1990, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Water Street,
Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and
approved by the Mayor this Fifth day of December, 1989.
