A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE PORT TOWNSEND CIVIC TRUST
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT with the Port
Townsend Civic Trust to provide certain services to the city as
part of the Port Townsend Main Street Project for a fee of $12,000
during the year of 1990.
PASSED on January 2, 1990.
