A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO FIRE
PROTECTION CONTRACT FOR STATE OWNED PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed BASIC FIRE PROTECTION CONTRACT PROGRAM FISCAL
YEAR 1990 ANNUAL AMENDMENT with the Washington State Department of
Community Development to provide fire protection for state owned
facilities within the city limits of Port Townsend for a fee of
$4,845.00 for the year of 1990.
