A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND DECLARING EQUIPMENT SURPLUS
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The following list of equipment is here and hereby found and
declared to be surplus:
one Seal Master Spreader
one Champion Spreader
one Echo Weedeater
one Wards Chain Saw
one 1943 International Harvester Tractor
The City Clerk-Treasurer is here and hereby instructed to sell
the equipment by public auction in the form and manner prescribed
by law.
PASSED this 6th day of February, 1990.
