A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO AN
AGREEMENT WITH JEFFERSON COUNTY FIRE DIST.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed AMENDMENT TO AMBULANCE BILLING SERVICE
AGREEMENT with Jefferson County Fire District No. 1 to allow
payment by voucher rather than deduction from collections of
ambulance service fees for billing.
