A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF A PORTION OF
ADAMS STREET WITHIN THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
WHEREAS, William E. Sperry, doing business as Port Townsend
Antique Mall, has requested permission to use a portion of unused
Adams Street for purposes of construction and maintenance of an
emergency fire excavation ramp, and the City Council for the City
of Port Townsend desires to approve said Agreement, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Port Town-
send that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and are each here and
hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City the attached
License Agreement, providing for the use of a portion of Adams
Street located between Washington and Jefferson Streets by the
Licensee/Applicant, William E. Sperry, doing business as Port
Townsend Antique Mall, for purposes of construction and maintenance
of an emergency fire excavation ramp to serve the building located
westerly of and adjacent to Adams Street and fronting on Washington
Street.
Passed by the City Council for the City of Port Townsend and
signed by the Mayor this 6th day of February, 1990.
