OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public
hearing on Street Vacation Application No. 8912-05 from Robert
and Jacqueline Rickard to receive public comments on the proposed
vacation of the portion of unopened Oneonta Street extending
north from West Diamond Street to the bluff overlooking the
Strait of Juan de Fuca. The portion of the street proposed to be
vacated abuts Blocks 90 and 98, Fowler's Park Addition. The
application also includes the vacation of two alleys, one of
which is in Block 90, the other in Block 98. The hearing will be
conducted on or about 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 1990, in the
Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend,
Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and
approved by the Mayor this Six day of March, 1990.
