engineering services with Peratovich,
Nottingham & Drage, Inc., for structural
inspection of City Dock.
WHEREAS, City Dock is in need of substantial repairs and a
committee has been appointed to recommend a concept plan for
its future use and improvement; and
WHEREAS, the committee requires a survey of the conditions of the
dock, necessary repairs and cost estimates in order to
provide recommendations to the City council;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PORT TOWNSEND that the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into
tha attached agreement for services with Peratrovich, Nottingham
& Drage for struotural inspection of City Dock, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that any actions taken pursuant to this
authorization but prior to its passage are hereby ratified and
confirmed.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and
