A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORTTOWNSEND AUTHORIZING ANAGREEMENTWITH
JEFFERSON COUNTY FOR HEALTH SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN JEFFERSON COUNTY AND THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND for Health
Department Services from January 1, 1990, to December 31, 1994 for
fees scheduled.
PASSED this 3rd day of April, 1990.
