A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORTTOWNSEND AUTHORIZING ANADDENDUMTOAN
AGP~EMENTWITH JEFFERSON COUNTY FOR DISPATCHING
SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed ADDENDUM TO INTERLOCAL JAIL CONTRACT BETWEEN
JEFFERSON COUNTY AND CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND for dispatching services
from January 1, 1990, to December 31, 1994 for fees scheduled.
PASSED this 3rd day of April, 1990.
