A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORTTOWNSENDAUTHORIZINGANAGREEHENTWITH
JEFFERSON COUNTY FOR ALCOHOL/DRUG ABUSE
COUNSELING SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN JEFFERSON COUNTY AND THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND for
Alcohol/Drug Abuse Program services frOm January 1, 1990 to
December 31, 1994 for fees scheduled.
PASSED this 3rd day of April, 1990.
