A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
T~e Port Townsend city Council shall conduct a public
hearing on Street Vacation Application No. 9001-08 from Donald
Bliss to receive public comments on the proposed vacation of the
portion of unopened Quincy Street extending northwest from Reed
Street. The portion of the street proposed to be vacated abuts
Lot 6, Block 24, and Lot 9, Block 23, Mountain View Addition.
The hearing will be conducted on or about 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday,
May 15, 1990, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Water
Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the city of Port Townsend and
approved by the Mayor this Seventeenth day of April, 1990.
