A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT FOR
JUVENILE DIVERSION PROGRAM WITH JEFFERSON
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed CONTRACT FOR JUVENILE DIVERSION PROGRAM BETWEEN
JEFFERSON COUNTY AND THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND to provide for a
juvenile diversion program for the youthful population of the city
from 1990 through 1994 for the scheduled fees.
PASSED this 1st day of May, 1990.
