A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY
SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING SALE
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The annexed list of property is here and hereby declared to
be surplus and the Library Board is authorized to offer it for use
by other city offices or governmental agencies. Any remaining
furniture or equipment may then be offered for sale to the public.
