A RESOL~ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORTTOWNSENDAUTHORIZINGANADDENDUMTOTHE
LABOR AGRE~ WITH TEAMSTERS LOCAL NO. 589
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND AND TEAMSTERS LOCAL #589 modifying the wording of Article
#9, section #4 to remove the qualification "assigned to city Hall"
and replace it with "assigned to a seven (7) hour shift".
PASSED this 19th day of June, 1990.
