A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port Townsend city Council shall conduct a public
hearing on Street Vacation Application No. 9005-02 from Aaron and
Hillary Carver to receive public comments on the proposed
vacation of the portion of V Street extending west from Spruce
Street. The portion of the street proposed to be vacated abuts
Lot 5-8 Block 12 and Lots 1-4 in Block 11 of Pettygrove's Second
Addition. The hearing will be conducted on or about 7:30 p.m. on
Tuesday, July 17, 1990, in the Council Chambers of city Hall, 540
Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and
approved by the Mayor this Nineteenth day of June, 1990.
