A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND, AUTHORIZING A LATECOMER
UTILITY CONTRACT PURSUANT TO RCW 35.91.
WHEREAS, Peter Albrecht and Mary Lynn Anderson have agreed to
construct 6-inch water line in Elmira Street running south from W.
Diamond Street 2,315 feet to Cook Avenue; a 6-inch water line in
Cook Avenue running Southeast 1,395 feet; and a 4-inch line in
Diamond Street running west from Elmira Street 761 feet and east
from Elmira Street 402 feet located within the City of Port
Townsend in Jefferson County, Washington, and
WHEREAS, Mr. A~breoht and Ms. Anderson ..wish to enter into an
Agreement with the City of Port Townsend pursuant to RCW 35.91, as
amended, to provide for payment of the costs of such improvement,
and for partial reimbursement by subsequent users or connectors to
the system,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Port Townsend that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of the City an agreement providing for the payment of the
costs of construction of the utility line by the person set forth
herein, and for such person to be reimbursed by subsequent users or
connectors onto said utility line.
Adopted by the City Council of the city of Port Townsend and
signed by the Mayor this 3rd day of July, 1990.
