A RESOLUTION authorizing a contract for
consulting services with The Tsang
Partnership Inc. for design assistance to
produce a specific development plan for the
Port Townsend Urban Waterfront Project.
WHEREAS,
on June 5, 1990, the City Council enacted ordinance
2192, establishing interim controls for the Port
Townsend Urban Waterfront; and
WHEREAS,
on June 5, 1990, the City Council adopted Resolution
90-52, establishing a work program for an Urban
Waterfront Plan, including retention of consulting
services; and
WHEREAS,
the Joint Urban Waterfront Plan Committee has
selected the firm of the Tsang Partnership,
Inc. to provide design assistance following
an open, competitive process; Now, Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
that the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement
for services with The Tsang Partnership, Inc. substantially in
the form of the agreement attached hereto as Attachment A.
