consulting services with Bredouw, Services
for assistance to prepare a programmatic
Environmental Impact Statement for the Port
Townsend Urban Waterfront Plan.
WHEREAS,
on June 5, 1990, the City Council enacted Ordinance
2192, establishing interim controls for the Port
Townsend Urban Waterfront; and
WHEREAS,
on June 5, 1990, the city Council adopted Resolution
90-52, establishing a work program for an Urban
Waterfront Plan, including retention of consulting
services; and
WHEREAS,
on July 17, the City Council requested that
the Environmental Impact Statement on the
Urban Waterfront Plan be prepared by City
staff and citizen volunteers with consultant
overview; Now, Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
that the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement
for services with Bredouw Services substantially in the form of
the agreement attached hereto as Attachment A.
Passed by the City Council of the. City of Port,Townsend and
