A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AIFFHORIZING A SECOND AMENDMENT
TO THE TOWNSEND MEADOWS PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 587-03.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE PROPERTY USE AND
D~ELOPMENT AGREEMENT TOWNSEND MEADOWS SENIOR RETIREMENT PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT with William W. Grace to extend the deadline for
beginning construction.
PASSED this 7th day of August, 1990.
