A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING AN ADDENDUM TO
CONTRACT WITH NORTHWESTERN TERRITORIES, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed ADDENDUM NO. 2 TO ENGINEERING AGREEMENT with
Northwestern Territories, Inc. for construction services not to
exceed $48,600 on the Seaview Sewer Local Improvement District.
PASSED this 21st day of August, 1990.
