A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public
hearing on Street Vacation Application No. 8911-04 from Arne
Willenhag to receive public comments on the proposed vacation of
the portion of 33rd Street between Haines and McNeill streets.
The portion of the street proposed to be vacated is located
adjacent to Block 2 and Block 11 of Tibbals 2nd Addition to the
City of Port Townsend. The hearing will be conducted on or about
7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 16, 1990 in the Council Chambers of
City Hall, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City council of the City of Port Townsend and
approved by the Mayor this 18th day of September, 1990.
