A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A
UTILITY EASEMENT FROM MAE B. WATSON AND
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT THEREFOR
~EREAS, the City of Port Townsend needs a sewer line util-
ity easement over the North 10 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block 30,
First Addition to H. L. Tibballs, Jr., in Port Townsend, Washing-
ton, and
~EREAS, Mae B. Watson, the owner of said property, has
granted to the City such a utility easement in the form attached
hereto as Exhibit A, and the City desires to accept said ease-
ment and to pay consideration therefor, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Port
Townsend that the City here and hereby accepts the utilty ease-
ment, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and the
City Clerk-Treasurer of the City is here and hereby authorized
to issue the City's warrant or warrants in the amount of $860.00
as and for consideration for said easement, to be paid from the
City's sewer LID ~1 fund, and the City Clerk-Treasurer is fur-
ther authorized and directed to record said easement with the
Jefferson County Auditor and to pay the costs and fees or re-
cording from the same fund.
Passed by the City Council for the City of Port Townsend
this 18th day of September, 1990, and signed by the Mayor of the
City this 18th day of September, 1990.
