AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND ESTABLISHING THE
FEES FOR THE LIBRARY COMPUTER SERVICES PROGRAM, EFFECTIVE
DECEMBER 31, 1999
Whereas, the Library operates computer systems for patron use;
Whereas, the Library patrons request printed material be computer generated for their
private use;
Whereas, the Library purchases computer supplies for operation of the system;
Whereas, the City determines it necessary to establish fees for the computer services
program to recover its operating costs;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Port Townsend, in regular session
hereby ordains as follows:
Section 1. From and after December 31, 1999, the following fees and charges are
established for computer generated printed pages:
IComputer generated printing fee in excess [ $.05 per page
of 10 pages per use
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval, and publication in
the form and manner provided by law.
Read for the first, second and third times and passed by the City Council of the City of
Port Townsend, Washington, at a regular meeting thereof, held this Twentieth day of
