A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE PORT TOWNSEND
CIVIC TRUST
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor and City Clerk are here and hereby authorized and
directed to execute the annexed PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
with the Port Townsend Civic Trust to aid in the implementation of
the Urban Waterfront Plan, the implementation of the Streetscape
into ordiance form, continue litter control programs and the
Centennial White Lights Program, to undertake a tourism planning
process, coordinate promotion of the City seasonal events for a fee
of $12,000 and reimbursements for tourism promotion of up to
$10,000.
