RESOLUTION NO. 91- ~__~
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR
USE OF CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, Eldridge Homes, Inc. (hereafter ,,Eldridge"), has
applied for, and received, Building permits for Lots 1, 2 and 3 of
Phillips Addition, Block 17, City of Port Townsend. After
obtaining said Building Permits, it was determined that additional

contained within a L~cense Agreement, attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFOR]~,
BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council for the City of Port
Townsend that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized and directed to
execute on behalf, of the City of Port T?Wnsend the attached License
Agreement, grant~ng to Eld~idge permission to use a portion of
Howard Street as more particularly described in the ~icense
Agreement ·
PASSED by the City council for the City of Port Townsend and
signed by the Mayor this ;~ day of January, 1991.
