A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF POR~ TOk-NSEND AUTHORIZING A NEH-ORANDU~ OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH THE CLALT.~M-JEFFERSON
~ITY ACTION COUNCIL.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute a MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING substantially in the annexed
form with the Clallam-Jefferson Community Action Council to provide
for a housing needs study for a fee of $2,025.
