A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT IN CONNECTION WITH
REZONE APPLICATION NO. 9009-02
WHEREAS, the Citv Council for the City of Port Townsend, act-
ing as Board of Adjustment, considered Rezone Application No.
9009-02, Port Tovmsend Business Park, and adopted Findings of Fact,
Conclusions and a decision to approve the same at its regular
meeting on February 5, 1991; and
WHEREAS, a condition to approval of the rezone included exe-
cution of a Contract specifying certain terms and conditions
under which the rezone would be granted and the property would be
subject; and
g~EREAS, the City Council has or will have adopted Ordinance
No. ~? , rezoning the property subject to the terms of said
Contract attached thereto, and the City Council desires to author-
ize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said Contract on behalf
of the City, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Port
Townsend that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are here and
hereby authorized and directed to execute the attached Contract
in Connection with Rezone of Real Estate in the City of Port To~m-
send, pertaining to Rezone Application No. 9009-02, Port Townsend
Business Park, and to cause the same to be recorded with the Jef-
ferson County Auditor., in substantially the form set forth in the
attached Contract.
Passed by the City Council for the City of Port Towqsend and
signed by the Mayor this 19th day of February , 199z .
