A RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
CONTRACT WITH THE WASHINGTON CITIES INSURANCE
AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed CONTRACT with the Washington Cities Insurance
Authority to participate in a Group Retrospective Rating Plan with
the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries for the
period of April I, 1991 through March 31, 1992.
PASSED this 19th day of February, 1991.
