A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE WASHINGTON STATE
DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOP~
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed FiRE PROTECTION CONTRACT PROGRAM FISCAL YEAR
1991 ANNUAL AMENDMENT with the Washington State Department of
Community Development to provide Fire Suppression for Fort Worden
and other state owned property within the City of Port Townsend for
a fee of $4,963.
