A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND, AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO SIGN A CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City of Port Townsend is required by the Department of
Ecology to construct a secondary wastewater treatment plant, and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Townsend desires CH2M Hill to perform
planning and design services with regard to this treatment plant.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Port Townsend authorizes the Mayor to negotiate and execute the
attached engineering agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and signed
