A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TONNSEND, AUTHORIZING MAYOR ~0 SIGN A CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City of Port Townsend has and continues to need
engineering assistance with resolving the Sensible Sewage Solutions
lawsuit and Shoreline appeal, and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Townsend has and continues to need
engineering assistance in negotiating schedule and specific
engineering plans with the Department of Ecology, and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Townsend has needed engineering
assistance in evaluating the value engineering study for the City's
wastewater treatment plant,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved ~y the City Council of the City of
Port Townsend authorizes the Mayor to negotiate and execute the
attached engineering agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and signed
by the Mayor this ~ 7~ day of /4A~c~ , 1991.
