Port Townsend to enter into a supplemental
agreement to an earlier engineering agreement
with CH2M Hill.
WHEREAS,
The City of Port Townsend proposes to amend its
~Water Comprehensive Plan to reflect impacts of
recent federal and state requirements, and
other items; and,
WHEREAS,
The City of Port Townsend desires CH2M Hill to
prepare this Water Comprehensive Plan Update,
which will include analysis of treatment
alternatives, siting options and related
issues; and,
WHEREAS,
The City of Port Townsend estimates that total
compensation by the City to CH2M Hill for
services provided under the supplemental
agreement is $90,500.00 which may not be
exceeded without a formal amendment to this
agreement,
N O W , T H E R E F O R E,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
that the Mayor is hereby authorized to complete negotiations and
enter into this supplemental agreement with CH2M Hill and to direct
the Public Works Director to make arrangements with CH2M Hill to
proceed with this project.
