A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND TO
ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH KEMPER FINANCIAL
SERVICES, INC.
WHEREAS,
The City of Port Townsend proposes to enter into an
agreement with Kemper Financial Services, Inc. for
the purpose of a Deferred Compensation Plan.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Kemper Financial Services, Inc.
Deferred Compensation
Plan and Adoption Agreement are hereby adopted effective

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the City of Port
Townsend is authorized to execute any documents relating to
the adoption of Kemper Financial Services, Inc. Deferred
Compensation Plan and Adoption Agreement.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and
