A RESOLUTION AMENDING AND CORRECTING RESOLUTION NO.
91-22, AND THE FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS AND
DECISION OF THE PORT TOWNSEND CITY COUNCIL IN CON-
NECTION WITH REZONE APPLICATION NO. 9101-07
WHEREAS, on March 11, 1991, the City Council for the City of Port
Townsend passed Resolution 91-22 in connection with Rezone Application
9101-07 and Ordinance 2231, rezoning certain property within the City;
and
WHEREAS, Resolution 91-22, and the Contract in Connection with
Rezone of Real Estate authorized by such Resolution; and the Findings
of Fact, Conclusions and Decision of the Port Townsend City Council
all make reference to the City Council acting as Board of Adjustment;
and
I~EREAS, the references to the City Council acting as Board of
Adjustment were merely drafting errors, and at no time during the
course of those proceedings was the City Council in truth or in fact
acting as the Board of Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Port Townsend wishes to
correct the documents accordingly, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Port Townsend
that any and all references in Resolution 91-22; and in the Contract
in Connection with Rezone of Real Estate in the City of Port Townsend
attached thereto and to Ordinance 2231; and in the Findings of Fact,
Conclusions and Decision of the Port Townsend City Council in connec-
tion with Rezone Application 9101-07; all passed or adopted on March
11, 1991, to the City Council "acting as Board of Adjus%ment" or simi-
lar references to the Board, be and the same are hereby deleted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor, City Clerk and City Attor-
ney for the City are hereby authorized and directed to correct said
documents and cause the same to be executed to carry out this Resolu-
tion.
Passed by the City Council for the City of Port Townsend and
signed by the Mayor this 2nd day of April, 1991.
