A RESOLUTION ~ENDING AND.CORRECTING RESOLUTION NO.
91-10, AND THE FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS AND
DECISION OF THE PORT TO~SEND CITY COUNCIL IN CON-
NECTION WITH REZONE APPLICATION NO. 9009-02
WHEREAS, on February 19, 1991, the City Council for the City
of Port Townsend passed Resolution 91~10 in connection with Rezone
Application 9009-02 and Ordinance 2227, rezoning certain property
within the City; and
~IEREAS, Resolution 91-10, and the Contract in Connection
with Rezone of Real Estate-authorized by such Resolution; and the
Findings of Fact, Conclusions and Decision or'the Port Townsend
City CoUncil all make reference to the City Council acting as Board
of Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, the references to the City Council acting as Board of
Adjustment were merely drafting errors, and at no time during the
course of those proceedings was the City Council in truth or in
fact acting as the Board of Adjustment; and
~EREAS, the City Council for the City of Port Townsend wishes
to correct the documents accordingly, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Port Town-
send that any and all references in Resolution 91-10;and in the
Contract in Connection with Rezone of Real Estate in the City of
Port Townsend attached thereto and to Ordinance 2227; and in the
Findings of Fact, Conclusions and Decision of the Port Townsend
City Council in connection with Rezone Application 9009-02;. all
passed or adopted on February 19, 1991, tO the City Council "actiqg as
Board of Adjustment" or similar references to the Board, be and the same are hereby
deleted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor, City Clerk and City At-
torney for the City are hereby authorized and directed correct said
documents and cause the same to be executed to carry out this Reso-
lution.
Passed by the City Council for the City of Port Tovrn~send and
signed by the Mayor this 2nd day of April, 1991.
