A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH SUPERIOR
REFUSE REMOVAL, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed Amendment No. 1 to the Solid Waste Handling and
Disposal Contract with Superior Refuse Removal, Inc. to establish
a fee for recycling collection every other week from residential
garbage customers who want to continue weekly garbage pickup and a
fee in support of commercial recycling collection.
Passed this 2nd day of April, 1991.
