A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF PORT TOWN-
SEND GRANTING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF SHORELINE
SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOP}~NT PE~IT S~5-86
~EREAS, Paradise Bay Seafarms has requested a review and one-
year extension of Shoreline Substantial Development permit SH5-86
prior to its expiration, and the City Council finds that good cause
exists to extend the permit for one year based upon the attached
memorandum of March 29, 1991, addressed to the City Council from
Dave Robison, along with the attached letter of January 3, 1991,
addressed to Jim Pearson from Dan R. Van Slyke, now, t~erefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Port Town-
send that Shoreline Substantial Development permit SH5-86 be and
the same is extended for one vear as requested.
Passed by the City Council for the City of Port To~send and
signed by the }{ayor of the City this 2nd day of Aori!, 1991.
