A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 91-
31 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A NEW
AMEND~ TO A CONTRACT WITH SUPERIOR REFUSE
REMOVAL, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
Resolution No. 91-31 is here and hereby repealed. The Mayor
is here and hereby authorized and directed to execute the annexed
Amendment no. 1 to the solid waste handing and disposal contract
with Superior Refuse Removal, Inc. to establish a fee for recycling
collection every other week from residential garbage customers who
want to continue weekly garbage pickup and a fee in support of
commercial recycling collection.
