A RESOLUTION OF.THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct ~ public
heariDg on Street Vacation Application No. 9101-08 from Mike
Marson and Lee Wilburn to receive public comments on the proposed
vacation of that portion of the north end of Magnolia Street
(formerly Offutt Street) bounded to the north by Cook' Avenue, to
the west by Lot 7, Block 38 and to the east by Lots 6 and 7,
Block 39, of the Fowlers Park Addition to the City of Port
Townsend. The hearing will be conducted on or about 7:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, June 4, 1991 in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 540
Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and
approved by the Mayor this 7th day of May, 1991.
