A CONTRACT FOR COMMERCIAL RECYCLINGCOLLECTION
WITH SUPEI~ORREFUSEREMOVAL, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute an agreement substantially in the form of the annexed
CONTRACT FOR COMMERCIAL RECYCLING COLLECTION with Superior Refuse
Removal, Inc. to collect recycling materials from the businesses in
Port Townsend for a fee of $3,760 per month the term of which shall
coincide with the term of the current solid waste collection and
disposal contract.
